Why does not my usual bra size match “LacyLinen” size?

What’s the most common mistake that can be made while measuring yourself?
What’s the most common mistake that can be made while measuring yourself?
The most common mistake is leaving extra space when measuring yourself. We understand - you want a bit of room for those difficult days around your period or simply for breathing. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! As lingerie designers, we've already accounted for that extra space. So, measure yourself precisely.
What is sister sizing?
What is sister sizing?
The concept of 'sister sizing' may seem simple, but many people know little about it. The international sister sizing system offers alternative bra sizes where the cup volume remains the same, but the band size and cup letter vary. This helps you find the most comfortable fit, whether you prefer a tighter or looser band.
What if I need to get a bigger (or smaller) underbust size?
What if I need to get a bigger (or smaller) underbust size?
Some women are used to wearing their bras either very tightly or quite loosely around their bodies. But there's no need to do that - doing so can lead to an inaccurate bra size! If you have a bra with perfectly fitting cups but feel that a bigger or smaller band size would be more comfortable, try the “Sister Size” system.
Let’s say you have a 75B/30B bra with ideal cups. Want it to feel looser around the band? Go for 80A/32A. Prefer a tighter fit? Try 70C/28C.
What if I need to get a bigger (or smaller) bust size (cup size)?
What if I need to get a bigger (or smaller) bust size (cup size)?
Let’s use the “Sister Size" chart. If you have a bra with a perfectly fitting band size, you’re already halfway there! The only thing you need to adjust is the cup size. So, if you love the band on your 75B/30B bra but want a fuller cup, try 75C/30C next time. Looking for smaller cups? Go with 75A/30A. It’s that simple!
How do I wash and dry my bra?
How do I wash and dry my bra?
Your push-up bra is made from strong, sturdy linen designed to maintain its perfect shape—but it might wrinkle during washing!
To protect it, always place your bra in a mesh laundry bag. It really makes a difference. Use the delicate cycle to shield it from the harsher treatment meant for less delicate clothing.
Now, the most important part: help your bra return to its original shape. Once it's out of the washing machine, gently pull and smooth all sides to reshape it.
You can also use a dryer, but with care. After the drying cycle, take the bra out and, if needed, use an iron on a low setting to restore its original form.

Why is this label not on every item I see in the market?
Why is this label not on every item I see in the market?
It is not that simple to attain Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification:
- The certification is voluntary
- It must be updated annually
- Certification is conducted by independent third-party laboratories
- The criteria for Oeko-Tex testing is reviewed every year, so they are always up to date
- The testing takes into account every conceivable way that harmful substances can enter the body
Yet it is always worthy to choose item certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and it is good to know that the clothes you have chosen are harmless in human ecological terms. That is why we worked hard to provide a product that was certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100!

Is linen good for sensitive skin? Can it cause itchiness?
Is linen good for sensitive skin? Can it cause itchiness?
Yes, linen is excellent for sensitive skin and no, it won’t cause itchiness. While older linen may have been coarse, modern techniques and high-quality harvesting now produce smooth, gentle fabrics that are ideal even for delicate areas. We use certified Baltic linen made from long, even fibers, giving it a soft, satin-like feel that only gets better with each wash. Its natural moisture-absorbing and breathable properties help maintain a healthy skin microclimate, and many of our customers with eczema or sensitive skin report noticeable comfort and improvement. Every skin is unique, but we believe yours deserves the calm, breathable comfort of true linen.
What are the best practices for linen care?
What are the best practices for linen care?
Washing
- Machine or hand wash at up to 40°C / 104°F on a gentle or extra-gentle cycle.
- Always place lingerie items in a special washing bag to protect delicate fabrics.
- For dark or bright colors, wash separately the first time to avoid color transfer.
- Use mild detergents; bleach is safe for white linen only — avoid chlorite.
- If your water is hard (lime-rich), add fabric softener to avoid stiffness.
- Do not overload the machine — linen needs space to move freely and rinse thoroughly to avoid streaks.
Drying
- Linen can be tumble dried on low heat or air-dried naturally.
- After washing, gently wring and hang the item properly while it's still damp.
- Avoid over-drying — linen is easier to manage while slightly damp.
- For lace-trimmed items, gently stretch into shape by hand and hang to dry.
Ironing
- Iron linen while it's still slightly damp — this makes creases easier to remove.
- Use a medium-hot iron (2 dots) with steam for best results.
- Iron on the reverse side to prevent shine and color fading.
- After ironing, hang items in a cool, dry, well-ventilated room until fully dry.
Will the real life colours match to product display pictures?
Will the real life colours match to product display pictures?
Undyed linen is a natural product, and its colour may vary slightly depending on how the flax grew that season - the amount of sun, rain, and soil conditions all play a part. For the best match in tone, especially when ordering a set, we recommend purchasing all pieces at once. As for dyed fabrics, please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device display.

How to measure your bra size?
How to measure your bra size?
If you’re looking for a perfect size linen lingerie, you need to know your accurate measurements to find correct size in our unique size chart.
STEP ONE - Measure your underbust size.
Run a tape measure around your body just underneath your breasts. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug. Your arms should be down. Now look for this number in our size chart.
STEP TWO - Measure your bust size with a soft, non-padded bra.
Measure around your torso, so that the tape is over the fullest part of your breasts. Don't pull the tape too tightly — it should be tight enough that it doesn't evenly move, but not so tight that's pressing into your breast tissue. Now look for this number near your underbust size, in the same row.
Example: if your underbust is 77cm (30.5in) and bust is 90cm (35.4in) Vualia, your bra size is 75B/30B.

Will the colors of my linens match?
Will the colors of my linens match?
Linen is a natural fibre and as such there can be natural characteristics to the linen. The color of natural linen depends heavily on its growing conditions. Colors can vary slightly between different seasons and dyeing batches. If you need a matching set, we recommend ordering everything in one purchase.
Is linen more durable than cotton?
Is linen more durable than cotton?
Yes, linen is thicker and about 30% stronger than cotton. The reason is because the flax plant, from which linen is derived, produces much longer fibers than the cotton plant. Fiber length contributes directly to yarn strength, which influences the strength and durability of the fabric.
Do I need to iron my linens?
Do I need to iron my linens?
Wrinkles are a natural part of linen fabric, regardless of the garment. They actually signify the quality of linen: more wrinkles means the linen is pure, less wrinkles means it might've been mixed with cotton. This is because the flax fibers are low in elasticity preventing linen from stretching, but also giving it a crumpled, lived-in texture.
