If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply once your package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges. If you're unsure about possible import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

United States: For shipments to the U.S., we take care of all international tariffs and duties. Please note that local taxes (such as state or sales tax) are not included and may still apply.

European Union: Orders sent within the EU do not incur any additional duties.

Other Countries: For all countries outside the EU and the U.S., any customs charges or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges or predict the exact costs, as customs rules and import taxes differ by country. If unsure, we suggest checking with your local customs office before placing your order. You are also welcome to email us, and we will gladly assist as much as possible!

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do. If you're in a hurry, you can select Express Delivery at checkout for $49.99. Your order will arrive within 3–4 business days after it's processed — ideal for last-minute gifts or special occasions.

All LacyLinen pieces are made to order with care. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to craft and prepare your items for shipping. All orders ship from Lithuania, where our linens are crafted locally to reduce transport impact.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or national holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Easter), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece is made beautifully.

Where does my order ship from?

All LacyLinen orders are shipped from our studio in Lithuania (EU). Our products are crafted and fulfilled locally, helping us reduce our carbon footprint and maintain a transparent, eco-conscious supply chain.
