At LacyLinen, your comfort is at the heart of everything we do. Since our lingerie is made to be worn close to your skin, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly help with a return or exchange. Just reach out to us here.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused.

With all original tags and packaging still intact.

Returned in a protective parcel to avoid damage in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll confirm it by email and begin processing your request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and cover the full product price (excluding shipping fees and any applicable customs or import taxes). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as women's panties and men's briefs, as well as final sale items, gift cards, or custom orders.

Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items lost or damaged in return transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to adjust your refund if returned items show signs of damage or improper handling.

Received a Defective Item?

We stand by the quality of our garments. If you've received an item with a clear manufacturing defect (such as an incorrect size, color, broken stitching, or open seams), please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a full or partial refund — including original shipping costs, if applicable.

Note: Minor shrinkage or natural variations in color are normal for linen and not considered defects. Please refer to our Linen Care Guide for more details.

Returning a Gift?

If you received a LacyLinen item as a gift, we’re happy to offer an exchange or issue a gift voucher in return. Please note: Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s payment method.
